The Founding Director of Russian European Studies at International Theological Seminary describes the school's Russian language educational program to equip pastors, church leaders, and even Sunday school teachers to be better students of the Bible and more effective ministers to the Lord by earning Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees.
