FACT

Friends And Christ Together, Incorporated (FACT) is the nonprofit 501C3 corporation under which ITS is owned and operates. FACT, Inc. began April 29, 1979 and was officially incorporated March 31, 1981. It was founded as a Bible-based interdenominational institution.

International Theological Seminary (ITS) was started in April 1982. It is a Full Gospel Association and a Certified Academic Institution of the National Christian Counselors Association and is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commision International for Schools, Colleges and Theological Seminaries.

Power Books is the publishing division of FACT, Inc. It was started on January 15, 1995 to distribute publications from ITS staff and students.
